We can provide up to 100% finance to developers for refurbishments, conversion and new-build opportunities across the residential and commercial sectors.

This product is so diverse that we are able to fund all types of developer, from the investor who purchases run-down residential property for refurbishment, to the SME who undertakes larger speculative residential or commercial developments.

Once the development is completed, our client is able to refinance the property against an enhanced valuation, or sell the property on for a profit.

Davenham agreed to fund 100% of site acquisition, build costs and professional fees on a third site, which generated a healthy profit.
