Davenham was approached by an existing client to assist in the purchase of a farmhouse and barns which had planning to convert into 5 residential units, total GDV of £2,020,000.
Davenham lent 100% of the purchase price £650,000 and development costs of £710,000 over a 12 month facility. 4 of the units have now been sold and the final one has been refinanced onto Davenham's specialist Developers Buy to Let facility pending sale. |
