Introduction

Our Asset Finance Division is able to finance almost all business assets, from small ticket items such as office equipment and vehicles through to large purchases including plant and machinery. We can also finance software-only transactions and offer a professional loans product, which may be used for any business purpose.

We also provide refinance, releasing the value of both unencumbered assets and those still
subject to finance, where sufficient equity exists.

Rather than depending on credit scoring we consider all applications on their merits. This approach
often allows us to structure an acceptance for transactions which other funders would decline.

• Established 1991

• National coverage

• Up to 100% finance

• Fast professional response

• From £5k to £4m

Case Study

Plant Hire - A family run plant hire company was buying a used Komatsu PC210 LC-7 excavator from a UK supplier costing £42,800 plus vat.

Davenham was asked to assist with the funding of the machine and a deal was agreed. We provided a lease agreement over a four year term and a nominal deposit
was paid.

The deal was signed with the company and the supplier
was paid immediately on delivery of the goods.

Testimonial

“Davenham has always made it very clear that there is plenty of funding available, and they always make the whole process incredibly simple and pain free. After meeting with their Business Development Manager, Greg Stenson, it was obvious he understood exactly what was needed and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone who needed their help in growing their business..”
Phil Rowley, Director, SMT Developments.
