Introduction

Our Asset Finance Division is able to finance almost all business assets, from small ticket items such as office equipment and vehicles through to large purchases including plant and machinery. We can also finance software-only transactions and offer a professional loans product, which may be used for any business purpose.

We also provide refinance, releasing the value of both unencumbered assets and those still
subject to finance, where sufficient equity exists.

Rather than depending on credit scoring we consider all applications on their merits. This approach
often allows us to structure an acceptance for transactions which other funders would decline.

Case Study

Importing Machinery - A machinery dealer was aware of a well maintained sought after item available overseas and had a purchaser for the machine in the UK.

His bank would not provide a facility as the machine was overseas. However, Davenham funded the deal (making the purchase by letter of credit) paying 100% of the cost and all the VAT charges.

The machine was delivered to the UK and our client was paid by his customer following delivery.
